FontifyStudio.com strives to ensure customer satisfaction. Since all our products are digital, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the purchased product contains a defect or technical issue.

2. Conditions for Refunds

Customers have the right to cancel the purchase of a digital product within 14 days after payment, provided that the file download has not started. Once the download has begun, a refund is no longer possible.

Refunds are only granted in the following cases:

  • The digital file is damaged or does not function properly, and our support team is unable to provide a working version.
  • The purchase was accidentally made twice.
  • Due to a system error, an incorrect product was purchased.

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • The customer changed their mind after purchase.
  • The product was downloaded and successfully used.
  • The product is incompatible with the customer's software or system, unless incorrect compatibility information is provided.
  • The refund request was submitted later than 14 days after the purchase.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

    Customers may cancel their order within 14 days after purchase, provided that the digital file download has not started, and the request is compliant with other terms indicated above.   • 3.2. Stored Payment Data

    If your card details are saved for future payments by payments service provider, you may request their removal by contacting our support team at [email protected].

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the above criteria, you can request a refund by sending an email to [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. We do not charge any additional fees for refund processing. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider, as internal processing delays may apply.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If a refund request is submitted through a bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny future purchases. We recommend reaching out to our support team first to resolve any issues. Please note that the cancellation and refund procedure indicated in this Refund policy is mandatory for all users.
